I love your work! It is so wise and empathetic. I loved the faceless “choir” off the page. We’ve all been hurt, spent time on people and projects that didn’t turn out the way we hoped. Thanks for this sweet reminder to keep on keepin-on, with a little more self-awareness, grace and maturity.
Bravo, well done Sophie! You are wise beyond your years. Your posts are delightful, honest and very much grounded in reality, which is refreshing and gives me hope. And I love how you illustrate your thoughts. Keep up the great work!
This was a marvellous read and I think applicable to other areas of life... like leaving a job, a friendship or a home. Probably many more things too but it’s early and I’m only just engaging my brain ❤️
I love this. Self-toot away! What's your turnaround time, I need advice from a lady in her prime in the most interesting city in the world (about whether to move back to the most interesting city in the world (though the advice in this piece can apply in so many scenarios, including my do-I-move-back-to-NYC-or-stay-in-Tampa-or-just-move-to-the-damn-mountains-and-be-a-hermit scenario)) 🤣
I really like glimpses of your life, and I like the way you weave them in to illustrate/show origin of your advice!
Thank you for writing and illustrating this :)
Subarashii. The more personal, the more universal.

Just wonderful. Thank you. I didn't know I needed to read that.
This was beautiful.
Thanks, S. It was exactly what I needed to read. Touching.
This really helped me today. Thank you.

Do you ever have the urge to horn in on the date and change the dynamic up in a puckish sort of way?
I too prefer to be a “blurring hum of a thing” (I got a Gemini moon, maybe that’s all it takes?). ☁️🫧🌬
