Sofia! That was beautiful story and response. This is the same sentiment I saw in "A Mighty Girl" blog. Focus on what a body can do rather than what it looks like, merely for attraction.

Thank you, Sofia, that was beautiful, and so recognisable. It reminds me that I should dance more :) Sometimes even imagining I am dancing while doing everyday stuff makes me relax, stay present and enjoy the moment more.

Thank you so much, Sofia. I just submitted a question to you on something similar and as I was scrolling past these previous issues, I found this. The Universe, in all Her chaotic glory, wanted me to find this. I’m going to dance to some KPop now. (And get some chocolate because after that Whitman poem, I need it.)
